Refund Eligibility
You’re eligible for a refund if:
- ✓ Refunds are available within 14 days of service completion
- ✓ You must have used all included revisions
- ✓ The project meets our initial specifications
- ✓ Service fees are fully refundable if work hasn’t begun
Refund Process
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Contact our support team – Email support@mixdealers.com with your request
- Provide details – Include your order ID and reason for refund
- Wait for review – We’ll review your request within 2-3 business days
- Receive refund – If approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Rush delivery fees (expedited processing charges)
- Additional revision packages purchased separately
- Services already completed and delivered
- Work-in-progress projects past the revision period
