Refund Eligibility

You’re eligible for a refund if:
  • ✓ Refunds are available within 14 days of service completion
  • ✓ You must have used all included revisions
  • ✓ The project meets our initial specifications
  • ✓ Service fees are fully refundable if work hasn’t begun

Refund Process

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  2. Provide details – Include your order ID and reason for refund
  3. Wait for review – We’ll review your request within 2-3 business days
  4. Receive refund – If approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:
  • Rush delivery fees (expedited processing charges)
  • Additional revision packages purchased separately
  • Services already completed and delivered
  • Work-in-progress projects past the revision period
